PPCR Shutting Down - October 3rd, 2002

Due to a substantial lack of time on the parts of both the managers and the DJs, a sustained lack of listeners over the past several months, and the new CARP regulations on Internet broadcasting, the managers have decided to shut down PPCR, effective October 3rd, 2002. Until then, please tune in to hear your favorite DJs' final shows.

PaganPaths CyberRadio is an on-line radio station run for Pagans, by Pagans. Our volunteer DJs utilize Real Audio technology to cybercast music and commentary live over the Net every day of the week! For exact show times, see our official schedule page.

One of the biggest advantages of on-line radio is the interactivity it allows between the station and the listeners. If you'd like to make song requests or talk with the DJs and other listeners, just join our chatroom #PPCR on the PaganPaths IRC Network.

To listen to our shows, you'll need RealPlayer installed on your computer; you can get it for free from our download page, or if you want to be sure to get the latest version you can go to the RealNetworks homepage.

If you already have RealPlayer 5 or higher, listening is easy: Just run RealPlayer, then go to the File menu and select Open Location. Once there, the address to enter is:
http://www.paganpaths.org/radio/ppcr.ram
Alternately, you can just click the link and then add it to your presets to make listening in the future easier. Note that if a show is not being broadcast when you try to listen, you'll get an Error 14: File not found.
