Visitors Departed

Joyful has a flight to catch at Midway so they were up at 5 am. I am a light sleeper so woke and got up making tea for the three of us, not including Mark who doesn’t like tea or coffee! They packed up and got moving and out of here by 6:30. I listened to Holosync and ended up partway through laying down to do it. I did fall asleep but woke a few minutes, or so I believe after it was done.
It is now 9:30 am and I am starving so am going for a snack. Looks like a
day with 4 meals in it instead of three.
