A Slow Day

I got up slowly as it was late when we finally went to sleep and I have had about 5 1/2 hours sleep. Eventually we got moving and went out to run errands: pay a bill, get vitamins, and soy protein mix. Faol also bought Cortaslim. It is a diet aid without Ephedra that he wants to try. We got home late for his leaving for work but he took a quick shower anyway while I got his juice, vitamins, and dinner set out for him.
I am not very energetic today. I called Tom and we talked for a bit. Mike called in the middle and I had to call him back. He cancelled for tomorrow so we are not quite so tightly scheduled. I hope we will have time for leisurely love making besides getting more done here. I did the laundry, and cleaned the top and front of the refrigerator.
Faol had given me another shelf unit to clean, which would fit in the spot next to the stove by the window. I tried to put it back in the spot but it wouldn’t fit. I lifted it up again moved the plastic panels that were stored in that spot. I tried again, but it didn’t quite fit. I lifted it back out again and moved the glass window panels also stored there. Now it fit. I went through the things on the third shelf of the other shelf unit and put some in a bag for a thrift store.
I stored the rest of the items on the shelf where all the cans of tube feed had been. It is probably a waste of the space but eventually we will get back to that to clean it up.
I ate salad for dinner while watching Stargate and Andromeda. After doing the dishes, then listening to the Holosync cd, then took a long hot bath.
Faol came home and was tired so after a piece of the sweet potato pie we
went to bed.
