Salmon Monday

Monday December 20, 2004

We got up early and I got Faol’s oatmeal and tea, found some leftovers to send with him for lunch, and got his vitamins and Cortislim ready to take with him. After he left I started laundry to get my clothes ready to pack. I got a few things done, dishes, etc. then worked on his finances some more. I did get most of the receipts entered but discovered that I have his new mortgage set up incorrectly – not from my fault though. He was going to set it up bi-weekly so I set it up that way in Microsoft Money but since then he changed his mind due to the $400! fee for doing it. There doesn’t seem to be anyway to alter it except by deleting it and creating a new one but that will affect all the payments made from his accounts so I have to fiddle with it and see whether I can create the new account then edit the payments to go to the new account and then delete the old one. So I backed up to my computer so I will have the data to play with at home.

Since Faol is on the day shift this week we were able to finally go to Salmon Monday. We had a good time and I got Sake :) When we got home though I had to finish packing. This is not something that is fun for me. I wander around trying to make sure that I find everything that came with me with the intention of going back with me. Some clothes I leave there, like a skirt, because I won’t be wearing it at home until Spring or Summer. But it is still depressing, no matter how much I want to be back in my own home with Tom, I don’t enjoy leaving.
