Echinacea and Garlic

The morning started out fine, followed my new schedule. Faol called this morning as he was off today. I did dishes and puttered while we talked. By the time I got off I was aware that my nose had been running on and off for the last hour or so and I was feeling my energy running down. Hopefully the Echinacea and Garlic will knock it out before it gets much worse. After the niacin kicked in and I got the capillary flush I got cold and couldn’t get warm even with my robe over my clothes. But when the alarm went off I did most of my exercises but couldn’t feel up to doing a second session on the exercycle.
I called my mom and caught up with her. She is still not happy about having
moved back up to Chicago and it is cold for her. I think she liked seeing
the snow again though.
