Bulletin Board

Monday January 17, 2005

I got back to my regular routine, did my exercises, and took care of yesterday’s chores of collecting the garbage, filling the bird feeder, and shocking the hot tub. We were going to go shopping but realized that the bank would be closed for Martin Luther King day so we postponed it until tomorrow. I spent the day being busy with email as my lists are still more active. I also have picked up email correspondent with a friend that I haven’t been in contact with lately. That has been good but does take extra time. The Grok Fellowship list is beginning to wake up, I hope. Kris suggested a little project of each of us that of making a place in our homes for GF, and described what she was going to do with a bulletin board area. I liked her idea so I printed out a 3 ft banner. I would have done 2 ft but the version of MS Publisher that I have wouldn’t do it. I put together a picture of a woman planting a tree for new energy/seed being planted and because several people planted stuff for dedication on one side of the name and a picture of a tree with computer, musical instrument, book, and paint palette like fruit for all of our talents growing. I included a border of earths for our nature/environmental interest.
