Today I woke up to the sound of the door shutting. I figured Faol was moving his car that was parked in the no parking from 7 am to 7 pm zone. But when I got up a few minutes later he was nowhere to be seen. I did dishes and made tea. He arrived back at home with the green tape to tie the branches up and went out to do it. I started a bath for him but when he got done with that he went on to doing other things in the yard. I was on the phone talking to Tom then but asked Faol if he was going to come in and use the bath soon or not as I would go ahead and use it if he wasn’t going to. Since he wasn’t I went ahead and started getting ready for it. He came back in the house and asked me to make him breakfast. He came in to eat it and I got in the bath.
He ended up spending over 4 hours in the yard again as he wanted to finish cutting the placing the last railroad tie of his retaining wall. He really did make a lot of progress on the yard.
After he went to work I exercised, did laundry, called Susan because he had let her use his credit card and I had to verify which charges were hers to make sure that they were all expected or we would have to dispute them, worked on his finances, and called Dali to see if he still had the install disk for Microsoft Money 2003 Deluxe Business edition. A couple of hours later I started the crust for the spinach quiche, though I had to call Tom and get him to find the recipe that I wanted to use. He dictated it to me and I typed it into my recipe folder. I took a chair into the kitchen and set my computer in there. I got the crust chilling then made a salad for dinner. While I was eating Joyful called and we talked about my feelings of dissatisfaction with Faol for about an hour but I had to get off to get working on the quiche.
While the quiche was cooking I cleaned up and did the dishes but by the time
that I was done with them my left shoulder, neck, and shoulder blade felt
like it was on fire. I guess all the work over the weekend has caught up with
me. I ended up taking 4 ibuprofen, which hopefully will make a difference.
At the moment I am not feeling very well.
