After doing Holosync I logged on and did email – answered more email
on the Sweetwood BoD list about the IRS questions then got washed, dressed,
exercised. Faol called later than usual but we ended up talking for something
like nearly three hours. Afterwards I felt rather tired but my alarm went
off so I was going to start my next set of exercises. Tom suggested a walk
so I did my warm ups and then we went. When we got back I called Caeled at
the hospital. It turned out that he was finally being released and going home
but we had a nice chat anyway. Faol called back and we talked again for about
45 min. Called later in the evening and we talked again for about 30 min.
