Happy Endings

Sunday March 13, 2005

I spent most of the day working on coding my journal and sneezing and blowing my nose. Tom reminded me to take Echinacea and vitamin C. I added a bunch of garlic pills to that. Later in the evening Lebleu and sereneshaman were online and it was good to chat with them. She told me of the new pics uploaded to Lebleu’s gallery. There were several of him climbing one of those climbing walls at a mall. That was pretty cool. I informed them of the pics I had at flickr but Lebleu wasn’t too impressed with their search features as apparently you can’t search by user only by the tags people add to their pics. He offered to set me up with space at his gallery, which I may take him up on for those that I would prefer to keep just for friends and family.

Tom and I watched the last Roswell episode. And considering all the danger and life-threatening stuff I was very pleased with the ending. It was essentially a happy ending and they all get away and ride off into the sunset, so to speak. It left it open, I suppose, for one of those remake/return to episodes that carry the story forward years later, if they ever choose to do that while still mostly finishing loose ends. But I so prefer happy endings. I really think that life gives people enough difficulties and sadness without having to watch it for entertainment as well.
