Frustration

I woke up in the night to take more Ibuprofen. In the morning I got up with
a headache hangover but not much pain. I did email, worked on sending out
notes on the 7 Souls Ritual
to those taking a role in it. Faol called and I spent three hours on the phone
with him, half of which was navigating the awards-redeeming-miles page so
he could fly out for BelSummer.
It was very frustrating but finally accomplished. I went through two phone
extensions and ended up at the one wired one so was tethered to the utility
room for part of the call. Afterward I worked a bit more on BelSummer organization.
I did more email, then made dinner. I have a Sweetwood BoD meeting tonight.
Here I am hoping the headache that is still present will stay at this relatively
low level and not pick up like yesterday.
