Sunday Chores

We were going to the movies today but Tom woke up feeling dragged out and ended up laying down on the sofa as soon as we got out of bed and he slept for another hour and a half. He hates doing that because then he has to get up more than once a day, which he feels is cruel and unusual punishment. He has been dragged out all day. This morning I went through old emails that I either never answered or was keeping for some reason. I deleted about 100 of them but still have twice that much to go yet in that folder.
I got the garbage ready to go out, shocked the hot tub, then realized when
I tried to carry the garbage can to the car to take it out to the street that
it was hurting my back. So Tom came with me to put the can in the car and
to take it out of the car at the street. Then I put the hot tub lid down and
hurt. It has gotten quite heavy as it absorbed water into the foam so it is
difficult. I forgot about that part and apparently have done something to
the other shoulder now. Sigh…
