Floating Toes

Tuesday June 28, 2005

I was up early heating my shoulder and neck again. We went into Madison to pick up my orthotics, which are amazingly cheap looking things considering how expensive they are. Vitamin shopping. Shoe shopping and we bought New Balance walking shoes and with the orthotics it was amazing. My arthritic toe basically floats so there is little pressure on it and there was no pain from it. My stride lengthened because it didn’t hurt to push off with that foot while taking a step. I didn’t even realize how much I was favoring it to avoid the pain until I walked and there was no pain. It was incredible and giddy-making. Then we went food shopping. We rented Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Dangerous. At home I listened to a free teleseminar by Jack Canfield. It was quite interesting. But I definitely don’t feel able to pay the $3000 for the 7-day Las Vegas seminar that was advertised at the end of it.
