Good Mood

I woke up early today still menstruating and hoping it isn’t a problem. My Drs appointment went well in that the nurse practitioner felt that it was most likely just the not uncommon response to hormone replacement therapy. She says to continue with the pills but to let her know if the bleeding doesn’t stop by Friday. I also had to have an endometrial biopsy to make sure that it isn’t something more serious. It is highly unlikely and will end up costing me a lot of money, something like $200. Ah well.
On the upside I was in a good mood today and had more energy than I have had in the last few years. It felt really good. After my appointment we went and picked up Vivre Draco and chauffered him around doing errands, including checking out and comparing bookshelves from several stores, Goodwill, and St. Vinnie’s. Unfortunately none of them were quite what he wanted except for one he had already seen but the sale on that one was over so he was not happy. We dropped him off at Steep and Brew so he could meet his girlfriend and finally headed for home.
Although I am quite tired now I am in a pretty good mood. Yay!
