A Scary Moment

Faol woke me up early with sweet caresses. We made love then quickly got ready to make our chiropractor's appointment. On the way Faol pulled the car aggressively around someone who was not driving very well. We were just around the corner from our destination and he followed us. He got out and was telling off Faol. He was, perhaps' surprised when Faol unfolded from the little Firefly and stood up after telling me to wait in the car. He calmed a bit and backed off after more bluster. As Faol came around and helped me out of the car he made some comment about you go ahead with your wife now. Luckily Faol kept his cool and while potentially nasty the situation resolved without violence.

The appointment went well. There has been definite improvement in my back and shoulder though it hasn’t improved my hands at all so most likely the problem is from something else. Afterward we ate at Orean’s again. Then off to Robert’s to pick up Faol’s glasses. We spent a little time visiting then came home. Unfortunately during the exam portion, the move this way -- where does it hurt part, Faol got a tweaked place and he was hurting significantly afterward. Robert did a laying on of the hands which helped a bit but on the way home he had a very painful twinge so he needed to take his meds and couldn’t work.

The video cables that Tom sent us arrived so we watched a show on the TV that was from my laptop. And I got my clothes in the wash and also did two loads of blankets that we had taken camping as well as a load of dishes. Faol got the camping gear packed up. So at least a little got done.

Since Faol was home from work we decided to go to Salmon Monday. Faol couldn’t drive on his meds so he let me drive us in his truck. I was a bit nervous as I didn’t want him to think poorly of my driving skills. He was very patient with me and gave me directions to East Restaurant. It was dark so there was also that factor to deal with but it went well. We had a nice meal and came home none the worse.
