Yum! Ice Cream

Faol was still in a lot of pain. I suggested that he call the chiropractor and see if they could get him in and try to fix the problem. They did and we went. After some work by the intern one of the Drs came in and did some rapid work resulting in something like twelve different adjustments, which helped quite a bit. We ran some errands after the appointment then stopped for an ice cream treat. Unfortunately he was still very sore later. I got him to ice and then heat but he still needed the meds so couldn’t go to work. I didn’t get much work done again. I did do a load of towels, dishes, and put one lamp together.
We ate a pint of ice cream apiece once we got home. It was from Baskin and Robbins. Mine was ½ cocoanut and ½ Boston crème pie, yum and Faol had two varieties of chocolate. I didn’t know I could eat a pint of ice cream at one sitting though and I strongly suspect that I shouldn’t repeat it either.
