I got out today and hauled another 5 wheel barrow's full of gravel for the hot tub pad but couldn't finish it until we set up the wood piece on the down hill side to prevent it all from sliding or washing down. However, I did actually place an order for the hot tub. She said it would take 2-3 weeks for it to be delivered. Later she called back and said they actually had one in stock and it can be delivered as soon as we get the pad ready. Yayayay!!! So this next weekend we will be out there trying to get it finished. Wednesday I have to stain the wood piece and we have to figure out how we are going to stake it (with what actually) so that on Friday I can put the wood in the ground and build up the pad. Hopefully Tom will get the time on Friday (Wednesday would be better, though) to measure and cut the two deck cross-supports so they can be stained. They have to be put in place before we can get the hot tub delivered. Of course, at this rate it will be delivered while I am at Son of Hedonism. Ah well, at least we will finally have it.
