We had a Pagan Pride meeting today and were able to settle location pending our ability to reserve it for the date we want. There are some matters of vending permits and whether we need special permits for tarot reading but we actually made some decisions. I am glad of that and eager to move on to other aspects. We also realized that since the International Pagan Pride organization doesn't have their 501C30 tax exempt status it will be necessary to use my nest's status and our bank account. We will have to be especially careful to keep good records so that it will be clear what monies were used for what. Only about half of the members of the committee were able to come, unfortunately. So we weren't able to discuss this with the rest.
I started eating solid food again today. I had a soft-boiled egg, a cup of juice, a cup of cottage cheese, and a puffy omelet with mushroom cheese sauce for dinner. It really wasn't difficult doing the juice fast. So I am expecting to survive the clergy 7-day juice fast, whether I will have a vision or not who can tell.
