Well things are finally picking up for me mood wise. I am feeling much better. I have had some ups lately but they seem followed by downs. But it seems to me that the downs aren't as down and my general mood is better - and the ups are still up so that part is good:) I had a very good day today. And no, F. hasn't called yet today so we can't attribute it to him [grin]. I got up and got my exercises done. I meditated though I had trouble with the sexual images and fantasies that kept popping into my head. I would be carried away with them for several minutes at a time before I could pull myself back to breathing. It was still good though. I went shopping to pick up gift exchange gifts for Yule at FireHeart and ran errands, then came home and spent the next several hours dancing to mp3s while I wrapped gifts, and made soup. This evening I spent more time playing with my updated version of Solar 5. It really is a lot of fun for me. Now if I would just learn how to use one of my other astrology programs I could do some very interesting research.
