Monday seems to be errands-in-town day. Yikes. We went to UW so I could drop off the last graduate recommendation (which didn't get sent priority mail and wasn't mailed til three days after she told me she would. But at least it was possible for me to drop it off at the department. If this had been going to some other University I probably would have missed the deadline.) And that is it! Finally everything is in: both applications, all 4 transcripts, 3 recommendations, and the application filing fee. Now I just have to wait til April to find out if all that work, worry, and running around was worth the effort or not. Waiting is.
We bought a coffee maker for Tea & Talk as the people who used to help with it don't have the time anymore and they had the coffee maker. I just want to use it to heat water so that we can use coffee singles, tea bags, and hot chocolate mix depending on what the individual wants. I don't mind buying it as we can use it for the times when people are here for our StarSpring rituals, especially when they stay the night.
I finally got the Nest to Nest Newsletter printed. It is already time to start working on the next one though. I hope that I can get the next one out on time and be back on schedule.
Firefly reminded me that I told him I would ask some friends if he could use them for references. He implied that he didn't get his job application filled out because of that. So I emailed them and they replied all in a couple of hours. I forwarded the information to him and lo and behold he still didn't have it filled out when I asked him later on ICQ. I think that I am actually beginning to catch up with stuff - slowly though. And there is still so much more to do.
