Wow! Kira said I was her favorite postulant (course I think there are only two right now and she doesn't know the other one very well but a compliment is a compliment and I am taking it:)
Tina asked me to participate in a circle of support for some bodywork healing that Candy was going to do for her. She said there would be some pain involved for her but I had no idea how much. What a brave woman she is! It was pretty amazing. We sent her energy through the entire process and I found it a little draining to focus over that long of a time, grounding periodically to make sure that I didn't take any of her stuff into myself, and trying mostly to stay focused on holding the energy of love and compassion for her to use as she needed. But afterwards I danced at the fire quite a bit with DJ, Christa, Kira, Callista for a bit, and Jack once. I really liked it. It was a lot of fun. And while I am stiff today I am not in much pain at all. My knees didn't even feel mushy like usual after dancing. What a gift! I am pretty low energy at the moment, though.
I met a man named Randy. He is a friend of one of the nests and may be in it, I didn't catch that. A lot of people seem to know him. He has brown eyes, gray hair, a sweet mouth, nice kiss, and a lovely voice. He is a musician. There was an attraction between us. I would have acted on it too but we seemed to have missed each other - bad timing I guess. Caeled suggested going to the hot tub at 10 pm as a group so I left Randy to go be with some of my nesties. And that was nice. But Randy stayed to sing a song to Maggie, one of Maryanne's and Spiritchef's children. By the time I got back from the hot tub I didn't see him and went on to bed. Oh well. Maybe we will connect tomorrow.
