I got a lot of little todo items done today. It was a pretty productive day again. Hey two in a row. I wrote up the StarSpring Nest newsletter and emailed it to the other members of the nest. The voucher from the airline, which was the difference between what I paid for my ticket last year (the one I had to cancel when the CAW Eleusinian Mysteries were cancelled last September.) and the cost of the clergy retreat ticket, had to be mailed to them. It was rather annoying. After I purchased my ticket online I called to find out when I was supposed to present the voucher and how. I was told that it had to be done at the time of purchase and couldn't be done online. So I had to cancel the tickets that I had purchased and repurchase them. Then I had two days to send out the voucher. It had to be postmarked by the next day. So I sent it return receipt. With all that hassle to get the money that was mine in the first place I wanted to be sure that they got it when they were supposed to.
I also wrote a letter. To actually mail not email. I got a letter from someone who was contemplating moving to Madison and was looking for info on the area, whether there was a lot of prejudice against Gays, what the job markets were like. The person mentioned being interested in CAW. I tried to answer to the best of my ability but haven't heard anything else from the individual.
Then I entered the edits for Nest to Nest and printed out the final copy. It is always good to get it done and ready to print.
