One of my nest mates, Phoenix, is coming over tonight and camping out on our land. She will be giving me the Reiki attunement on Saturday that I mentioned a few days ago . That should be interesting and I get to meet the someone she is interested in. I felt better today, got up and did my exercises, drank breakfast. But Tom woke up with a tick on his leg. I tried to take it off and actually did better than usual, not flinching, pulling it slowly to encourage it to let go but it still left mouth parts in his leg. I tried to get them out and did get most of it but a piece seems to be left in. I tried to dig it out with a needle but was unsuccessful. We went in the hot tub and after a long soak I checked it out again but still couldn't get it. Tom told me to just let it go for now and he put antibiotic on it. We will keep an eye on it and hope that it doesn't get infected.
