I slept poorly again last night as I kept waking up to check F. in the night (mother's syndrome I guess:) I did get 6 hours sleep anyway although that isn't enough for me. But I do feel ok. I got up and did some email, wrote here, did dishes from last night, etc. We played some, then I did time on the recumbent exercycle and F. came over and asked me to do another 5 min. Sigh… Trainers! They are always trying to get you to do more than you want to do, even if you can do it. So of course I did. I'm back up to 30 min. though I am hoping to be up to an hour by the end of next week. I didn't do all my other exercises as I thought we were about to be working but F. has had a lot of business calls to make. This is something that I need to figure out though. I get ready to do what he says we are about to do only to find that he plans on making these calls first, or check this email, or do this other thing first but I don't want to start any of my own projects because then it will be interrupted when he is ready to get doing whatever is planned.
What a sweetie he is! He made us breakfast as he thought I would need to eat after the exercise. Of course he wanted to eat too:) It was quite yummy eggs and cheese, heavy on the cheese and intermixed well with garlic, onion salt, and basil. We also had that with veggie sausages. A good thing too cuz after that we spend the next 5 hours working in the yard. We sorted slate into sizes for use to floor a porch, moved brick, raked, swept, moved the sorted stacks, moved boxes of tiles, pruned the fig tree, etc. Even after Ibuprofen my tail was dragging. We came in, made tea, and got a bath going. F. just took a hot soak for his back, not using soap and washing - he goes first if we are sharing the tub because he takes straight hot water and I can't get in it that hot. By the time he has soaked for quite a while it gets cool enough for me. After soaking in the warm tub and having eaten dinner I revived enough to dance to the radio. I only made it through 6-7 songs though. I may be sore and stiff for my chiropractic appt. tomorrow. That should be fun.
