We actually stayed in almost the whole day. I had a head and neck ache all day but still managed to do the time on the exercycle though sit ups were beyond me. F. got a few things done though - he rearranged his computer area with a little help from me but mostly his labor. We did a little measuring in the yard with his new laser level. I talked to Tom about his going to the Dr. I was not at all aware of his worry about his health in this regard. It looks like he is ok but he has a $700 stress test next week and no insurance. In the evening I read outloud fromTaming your Gremlin, A Guide to Enjoying Yourself by Richard D. Carson to F. while he bathed. After he left for work I took a long hot bath, took the nail polish off my fingers and toes, actually used cuticle remover though I don't really see that it looks any better, and painted my fingernails with a new color, opal which actually looks pinkish. Then I went to bed.
