Well it is amazing what a productive day can do for my emotional state. I finally got Nest to Nest folded, taped, stamped, labeled, and mailed today. What a relief! I also updated the Nest to Nest mailing list with the few changes in address that I had. Generally people don't send in changes when necessary so as many as 12% of the issues are returned. Sometimes I can hunt down the new addresses and sometimes not. I have no idea whether the nest actually is defunct then or whether they just haven't kept up with the paperwork. We also did laundry, food shopping, and I did my exercises as well as getting some cleaning done in the house.
I decided to do a juice fast for the new moon since I missed my fast at the full moon last month. My plan is to do one at the full moon this month too, and then be back on a full moon schedule. Tom decided that he would do a fast with me because it bothers him to eat a full meal in front of me while I am fasting. I think the thought is sweet but I hope that he actually gets something for himself out of doing the fast.
