Last night we rented Shrek. Neither of us had seen it before but we very much enjoyed it. I didn't realize that it was a love story or had a message about tolerance. I do wonder where the fairy tale creatures ended up though. I liked the animation and the look of it as well as the feisty, kick-ass princess.
Today was kind of an odd day. I had a lot of energy all morning and most of the afternoon but am fading fast now. I started out working on my todo list but Tom sidetracked me and by the time we finished making love, and I actually got my exercises done, then cleaned the shower stall and doors, my focus on getting things done seemed to have evaporated. So instead I have spent most of the afternoon exchanging a series of emails with a friend, doing email, and talking on ICQ. When I did try and work by getting a client's chart printed out, my computer locked up while printing it, and then just crashed. The printer had a clogged color or something so I still have to run the printer through its' cleaning cycle and then reprint the chart, something I am reluctant to do at the moment in case it triggers a lockup and crash again. This is the second day without a phone call from F. and I find that he is on my mind a lot more today. I actually wasn't expecting him to call today since it is his partner's birthday and hopefully they are spending the time together doing something fun but I miss him.
