I woke up early and got my exercises done then spent time working on the SweetWood Temenos webpage. Tom worked on changing colors and textures of the logo for me. I picked out various textures that I thought might be good, and he worked on getting them to be the right colors. He has put quite a lot of time into this. I spent time on the html. Of course, I also did email and conducted ICQ conversations which do slow down my productivity.
Later we tried to finish up quickly and head into Madison for a nest meeting. I thought it went very well. Two of our nesties are staying in town at a local hotel for a time. As we got there snacks, plates, napkins, etc. were being put out in the dining room for our enjoyment. We spent several hours chatting and even began to work on developing a new ritual for our regular circle openings, which is something that is important to me. I felt very good about getting started on working on it though it is clear to me that it may take quite a long time to actually have something to work from. We also managed to set the date for our Spring Equinox ritual amidst our conflicting schedules so that all of us can make it. I was glad about that as I would like to circle with everyone before I take off for L.A. again and maintain some connectivity.
When I got home there was a message from F. so I called him back. He was asleep, deeply asleep on the sofa but didn't want to let me go so we talked a bit while he tried to decide whether he was actually going to wake up or not. Finally he gave up and admitted that was unlikely. But about 1/2 an hour later he called back, now fully awake. We spent the next three hours on the phone. He recently got a webcam and we were trying to get me to be able to see him. We went to Yahoo chat, which I have never used before and spent a lot of time just trying to create a room and then find each other, and used the voice chat, hung up for a while then got kicked out or his locked up and we went back to the phone but kept trying. We never did figure out how to get it going but we will try again another time. Our connection rate is very slow so it will be more like a series of stills or watching someone move when there is a strobe light but I will still be able to see him when I am away from him, and that I like. Of course, now he is talking about when I get one and the sex acts we could perform for each other - hmmm I am not so sure I want to send something like that where it could be captured and visible to someone else. I don't mind watching him though:)
