I talked to F. on Saturday I think. It really helped and I could feel him again. It was a relief and a joy. Nest to Nest got done today and hopefully will get printed tomorrow. It will be great to get it out on time for a change. I still have to fold, tape, label, and take it to the post office yet though. Then I can get back to working on the SweetWood Temenos web site.
My exercises are going well and I feel very good about keeping them up so far. I am up to something like 15 min of TaiChi, followed by 17 min. on the exercycle (longer and my butt and privates go to sleep), 15 min. of sit curls and leg lifts, 5 min. of leg stretches, 10 min. of arm exercises with wrist weights (still can't lift weights because my hands start going to sleep as it aggravates the tendonitis), 10 min or so of pelvic thrusts (100 reps), hip thrusts (only 75 reps), some hip circles, and finally a second session on the exercycle - 11 min. so far. You would think with all of that there would be some visible difference though - nope. It does however take up a large part of my early morning.
Several of my lists heated up today. So between the time I did all my email while eating breakfast and the time I did my exercises and talked with F. I had 60 more messages come in. And they were of the kind that I actually read rather than just skim. Several were ones I wanted to reply to in more depth, which takes quite a while. By the time I finished that the entire morning and part of the afternoon had disappeared.
Later F. was online and I said hi to him. He decide to connect up his webcam so I got to see him on a little 2 by 1 1/2 inch window and I sat there watching him and reading my email. Tom had told me earlier that he thought my responses to F. had begun to be more in line with reality - I wasn't so high anymore. I don't know if he is right or not but I sat here watching the jerky image (slow connection) and was happy to see him. He even stripped for me :) Then he called me again because he types so slowly that he can't really have much of a conversation by messaging.
