I have spent this whole week being sick :( Nothing much has gotten done as I haven't had much energy. F. has called several times a day and we have spoken of his current problems and issues quite a bit. It has been somewhat emotionally draining, especially while I have been sick but he needs to talk and I would rather be there for him as much as I can. It is hard to be apart from him in any case. I did get the info out about BelSummer finally, sending it to various CAW lists, and some individuals who attended last year's Gather. Hopefully, that will get some attendance. Also today Tom and I sat down with the BelSummer todo list and prioritized it according to must get done, weather dependent, and timeframe.
Yesterday afternoon my son and his partner showed up so we had a nice evening catching up and talking with them. This morning we talked some before they went into Madison to spend the day shopping. Their dog stayed here but he is quiet and easy to deal with.
I just took two anti-histamines as the cold has produced a sinus headache so if there was the slightest chance that I might get something else done today that will evaporate as the medicine takes affect. It always makes me sleepy. I console myself with the thought that probably nothing would have gotten done anyway.
