I had to fast, no food or drink for 12 hours before the ultrasound. It is much harder to get up and not have anything to drink than it is to not eat. We went in to Madison for the ultrasound. It was a little hard to hold back the cough and hold still. Neither of us is feeling well today so we have been taking it easy since then.
