I heard from the Dr. about the ultrasound. I have a completely healthy Gall Bladder, no stones, no problems. So maybe it is a low-grade pleurisy after all though it doesn't really seem like that to me. In any case it seems rather mysterious but the pain has lessened considerably and seems to be going away. The most important thing for me is no going into hospital, no operations, just waiting it out. That is a relief.
